CINCINNATI, OH (July 10, 2013) – Mr. Steve Shifman, President and CEO at Michelman, was given the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2013 award at an event held June 27, 2013 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Shifman was chosen winner in the manufacturing category and will now go on to compete at the national level.
The award recognizes outstanding high-growth entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. The finalists and winners were selected by an independent panel of judges.
Award winners in several national categories, as well as the national entrepreneur of the year overall award winner, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California, on November 16, 2013.
