CINCINNATI, OHIO, May 11, 2006—Michelman is pleased to announce that Dr. Alain Bouvy has assumed the newly created position of Marketing Manager EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and Vladimir Nuñez will step into Bouvy’s former job as Sales Manager for South Europe. Bouvy has a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium and has focused on developing the wax emulsion business for Michelman since 2002. Nunez has extensive experience in both sales and research and development at companies such as Solutia, Monsanto, and most recently, Kemira.Dr. Bouvy’s technical knowledge of industrial detergents and experience with surfactants for paints, coatings and polymerization uniquely qualify him for guiding Michelman product lines into outlets that effectively meet the European market.
