General Summary

We have a great opportunity available for you to join our Plant Leadership Team as a Maintenance Manager, a highly visible and impactful leadership role. The Plant Leadership Team is responsible for creating work environments that attract, develop, and retain the best talent available linked directly to customers. Among other things listed below, the PLT is charged with: maintaining a safe work environment; delivering world-class quality and delivery performance in the most cost-effective manner; and relentlessly pursuing strategically-aligned continuous improvements.

This leadership position supports two Cincinnati-based manufacturing plants (Blue Ash, Sharonville). You will oversee the region’s maintenance programs by identifying, prioritizing, and leading continuous improvements. You will lead and supervise the Maintenance Team to provide outstanding customer service while providing a safe, high quality, team-oriented atmosphere. You must be a results-oriented leader who can build strong working relationships and function effectively at all levels of the organization. You must be technically competent and be able to collaborate and work effectively with not only the maintenance technicians, but also contractors, shop floor personnel, engineers and supply chain management.

Michelman’s standard work hours for this role are Monday – Friday from 7 am – 4 pm EST.
