General Summary

The Global Compensation Analyst will be responsible for implementing and executing salary programs and policies involving research, analysis, and updates and/or modifications to compensation and benefit programs to attract and retain high performing associates. This role will also be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and analyzing of global HR data to identify trends, develop insights and support business decisions.

Work Hours

This is a hybrid role, with preferred work hours Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm. After successful onboarding, you will have the ability to work remotely up to 2 days per week. Please note that relocation is not included for this position.
